What do I get for my $19.95?
When you sign up for our one-week (7 days) unlimited phone and email support package, you get exactly that, one-week of unlimited support by both email and telephone. Once that week is over, you may choose to renew for another week. When you order our one-week support package by clicking on the Get Help Now link, you will be contacted within the hour by Alec, who will begin to immediately diagnose your problem.
What if my problem isn’t fixed in a week?
Most problems can be fixed in a week’s time. However, if your problem is not fixed by then, you will be provided with as much information as possible to help you continue to work on the problem, and remember, you can always use our free email support for any additional issues that come up.
Why should I pay for the one-week package, when the email support is free?
If you need help right away, then you need our one-week package. Due to a high volume of requests for our free email support, there may be a significant waiting time for you to receive an answer to your problem. When you purchase our one-week package, you will receive a call within 1 hour from Alec, no matter the day of the week or the time of day. This is an excellent value for your money.
I think I’m going to need more time then I can get with the one-week package, do you have any other support packages?
We provide two other packages, our one-month support package (30 days) for $59.95 and our one-year support package for $295.95. Both of these packages are an even better deal then our one-week package.
