Shipping
Abacus Computing ships all orders by UPS 2nd day air. Arrangements can be made for overnight shipping, in which case a $10 additional charge applies. Abacus Computing cannot guarantee overnight delivery when shipping on Friday. If your order is for a disk, then the data file can be sent via email to you. Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Payment
Payment is required in advance on all orders. California residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax on all orders. All accounts over 90 days will be charged 24% annual interest. Checks should be made payable to Abacus Computing. Please inquire about credit card purchases. List trades are accepted as payment, please inquire.

Returns
You may receive full credit minus shipping charges, on any order returned intact within five (5) days. There are no returns on any file that has been emailed. Disks must be returned unopened in original packaging. Always double check your order.

Abacus Computing guarantees lists are 100% clean. If you receive returns from your mailing, Abacus will give you additional names, free of charge, no questions asked. Simply call Abacus and the additional names will be shipped that same day.
