70,000 Guests! Is it possible? Via the hard work of Abacus Computing and generous contributors, a nationwide listing of Bed & Breakfast/Country Inn guests is now available to PAII members only. How current is this list? The Guests Unlimited list is updated via NCOA, (National Change Of Address) every six months. The NCOA process is provided by the Post Office and finds moves and undeliverables from as far back as 5 years. Abacus adds about 10,000 new names to the list each year, thereby keeping it very fresh. All new names are confirmed via NCOA before they are released into the list. At no point is the Guests Unlimited list over six months old. How was this list compiled? All names on the Guests Unlimited list have stayed at a small inn, some within the past 3 months. Directly from the databases of small inns, these actual potential guests are now available to your inn. Only PAII member inns are receiving this offer. Contributing inns receive special services including free list updates and unlimited use of names.
